Photograph of construction workers eating lunch.  Workers lunch break at Warbasse houses, United Housing Foundation (UHF), Manhattan 1963.  The labor-sponsored UHF was responsible for a number of important housing developments in New York City, including the world-renowned Co-op City in the Bronx.
