Union Square Exhibit

"Union Square:  America's Soapbox"  is on display at The American Labor Museum/Botto House through April 21, 2003.  These sample images give just a taste of the exhibit "about men and women who collectively struggled for their economic and social rights."   "Their protests and demonstrations exercise the Constitutional rights of free speech and free assembly," Curator Francine Tyler points out, "and their actions remain a symbol still alive in people's minds, of how ordinary people, together, can make their own history."
